Exclusive Villas 4 Rent is run jointly by my wife Gill and me, Jeff, (I'm the one on the left). We formed Exclusive Villas 4 Rent in the autumn of 2003. The main reason for this was to offer a specialist website where you had the choice of either four or five star villas. When we first visited Florida a number of years ago, we were very fortunate to be able to rent a work colleague's villa in the Kissimmee area of Orlando, so we had personal contact with the owner, who not only explained about the accommodation, amenities etc before we left but helped us plan our holiday. On that first holiday to Florida we tried to see and do everything, since we thought that we would never be able to go back again. However we got the ‘bug' and six months later we were back at Christmas time, which finally convinced us, that this is were we want to spend our holidays and retirement. After several more visits to Florida , and after having checked out both the east coast, west coast and Central Florida we found the perfect location, Highlands Reserve, Davenport , Florida. A new development on the US Highway 27, far enough from the razzmatazz of the US Highway 192 but still close enough to all the major theme parks (Disney/Universal only 15 minutes). It had everything you could want, peace and tranquillity, orange groves etc, together with free access to the children's play area, tennis courts, and outdoor swimming pool and changing facilities for both owners use and their guests, and the magnificent 18 hole Championship Highlands Reserve Golf and Country Club. (The club house is only one minutes walk from our villa). Our villa was just a plot of sand when we decided to buy it, and it wasn't until April 2002 that we saw the villa completed. Having decided that the villa would be our second home, and not your usual villa rental home we upgraded virtually everything (increased the pool deck and swimming pool, added a jacuzzi, televisions in all rooms), and added everything that a home needs to make it homely and special. Due to the exceptional high standard of our villa, we joined a Management Company who deals with only villas of the same quality.
